■ 領回流程說明：

一、請先點擊下方預約表單連結確認領取步驟，點擊報名選擇欲預約的作品領回日，並填妥預約表單資料。

二、下載並填寫完整「作品領據」（下載連結）

預約成功後，請在指定日期當日台北101購物中心營業時間至B1 客服中心出示作品領據及預約QR code領取核銷。

■  領回時間地點與文件要求：

• 開放預約日期：2025.10.27（一）12:00 - 2025.11.28（日）12:00（逾期不予受理）
• 開放領回日期：2025.10.30（四）-2025.11.30（日）（逾期不予受理）
• 開放領回時間：台北101購物中心營業時間
  • 周日至周四 11:00-21:30
  • 周五、周六及國定假日前一天 11:00-22:00
• 開放領回地點： 台北101購物中心 B1 客服中心
• 所需文件資料：
  1. 個人身分證件（如身份證或護照）
  2. 作品領據
  3. 由他人代領時，作品領據上需完整註明受委託人姓名及簽章等，於代領時出示代領人的身分證件
  4. 預約表單成功之QR code

■  特別提醒
・得獎者之作品將留作展出及典藏用途，不開放領回。
・若您已完成投稿繳件並希望取回作品，請依據上述說明操作預約，逾期不予受理。
・若您未完成投稿繳件，請忽略此預約表單。
 

Thank you for participating in the “2025 TAIWAN FUN International Fine Art Competition”! Your artwork has brought wonderful color and creativity to this year’s event! 

To facilitate the return of your submitted artwork, please follow the instructions below to schedule your pickup appointment.

■ Artwork Return Procedure:

Step 1. Click the link below to access the Artwork Return Reservation Form. Select your preferred pickup date and complete the required information.

Step 2. Download and fill out the Artwork Return Receipt using the link below.（Artwork Return Receipt Download）

After your reservation is confirmed, please visit the Taipei 101 Mall B1 Customer Service Center on your scheduled date, and present both your “Artwork Return Receipt” and “Reservation QR Code” to complete verification and pickup.

■   Pickup Dates, Location, and Required Documents:

• Register Period: 12 p.m., October 27, 2025 (Thu) – 12 p.m., November 30, 2025 (Sun)
• Pickup Period: October 30, 2025 (Thu) – November 30, 2025 (Sun)
• Pickup Hours: During Taipei 101 Mall operating hours
  • Sunday – Thursday: 11:00 – 21:30
  • Friday, Saturday & the day before public holidays: 11:00 – 22:00
• Pickup Location: Taipei 101 Mall B1 Customer Service Center
• Required Documents:
  1. Valid personal ID (e.g., National ID, NHI Card, or Passport)
  2. Completed Artwork Return Receipt
  3. If collected by a representative, the receipt must include the authorized person’s full name and signature. The representative must present their own ID and a copy of the applicant’s ID.
  4. Reservation QR Code

■  Important Notice
・Award-winning artworks will be retained for exhibition and archival purposes and will not be available for return.
・If you have successfully submitted your artwork and wish to retrieve it, please follow the above reservation procedure. Late submissions will not be accepted.
・If you did not complete the submission process, please disregard this notice.
