A CUT Steakhouse, Taipei Guobin Hotel, is named "A CUT", and "A" means the best steak, style and service.
A CUT Steakhouse, which won four Michelin stars, won the "Star Wine List Red Star Certification" in 2024, becoming one of the top dining venues highly recognized by the international wine industry, showing A CUT's outstanding performance in wine selection and wine service. In 2025, we will cooperate with Taipei 101 for the first time and will provide exclusive Michelin one-star selection packages for Taipei 101 co-branded card members.

The set menu includes "cold appetizers/hot appetizers/soups/main meals/desserts/drinks". The main meal steak is known as the "Hermes in the butcher shop" CopperTree Farms dry-style 50-day bone-bred New York steak. It is paired with cold/hot appetizers and soups mainly composed of seasonal ingredients. A CUT's signature dessert souffle is attached after the meal, which gives a perfect end to a rich meal.
